Cancellation Policy

All clients are required to have a card on file. All cancellations must be within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. If the card declines you'll be banned from booking until the fee is paid in full. Clients have a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your scheduled appointment. Anytime after that, the appointment will need rescheduled & a fee will apply Any no call, no-show will be charged 100% of the service they had booked to the card on file and will be banned from making future appointments until their fee is paid in full. For lash fills- I do not remove or infill any work that is not mine.
